Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked

If Glance Pro isn't what you wanted, say so within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. You don't have to justify it, and there's no form to argue with.

The policy

Any Glance Pro license can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none. Changed your mind, bought it twice, thought it did something it doesn't — all fine, all refunded.

There's a free 14-day trial precisely so you can find this out before paying. But a trial only tells you what you thought to try, so the refund window stands on its own regardless of whether you used it.

How to request one

Email hello@glance.md from the address you bought with, or reply to your Polar receipt. Include your order number or license key if you have it handy — it makes the lookup instant, but we'll find you either way.

Polar Software, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for Glance, so Polar processes the actual refund. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Banks generally take a few business days to show it, and that part is out of everyone's hands.

What happens to your license

Your statutory rights

If you're in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. This policy is written to meet that right rather than argue around it: same window, no conditions attached, and we don't ask you to waive anything at checkout. Wherever you live, if local consumer law gives you more than this page does, local law wins.

After the 14 days

The no-questions window closes, but the conversation doesn't. If your license won't activate, activations are stuck on a Mac you no longer have, or Glance is broken in a way that makes Pro useless to you, that's a problem to fix — write to hello@glance.md and we'll sort it out, refund included where that's the right answer.
