Recommend Glance Pro with your own discount code and get 30% of each sale it brings. These are the terms.

How a sale is counted

You get your own discount code for Glance Pro. A sale is yours when the buyer enters that code at checkout. Buyers who use it get a discount, and your dashboard shows how much.

We don't track links or cookies. Most people install the free app, use the 14-day trial, and buy weeks later from inside the app, so the code is what connects the sale to you.

What you earn

30% of what Glance receives from the sale: the price after your discount, without sales tax or VAT, and minus the fee kept by Polar, the store that handles the payment. Free orders and test orders don't count.

The 30-day hold

Every sale waits 30 days before it can be paid. After 30 days it is approved if all three are true:

• The buyer didn't get a refund.
• The payment wasn't disputed with the bank.
• The buyer activated their license in the app.

A sale whose license is not activated within 30 days is not paid, even when the buyer is real and simply never entered the key. Activation is the check that separates buyers from purchases made with stolen cards.

Your dashboard

You get a private link to a page with every sale made with your code: the date, the amount, your commission, and its status.

• Pending: inside the 30 days.
• Approved: ready to be paid.
• Rejected: not paid, with the reason.
• Paid: included in a payout, which is listed with its date and reference.

The page never shows who bought. The link works without a password, so keep it to yourself. If it leaks, write to us and you get a new one.

Payouts

Once a month, in USDC or USDT when your approved balance is $25 or more, or by bank transfer when it is $100 or more. A bank transfer abroad has a fixed fee, so it waits for a larger balance. A smaller balance carries over to the next month. Tell us which you prefer; you can change it by email.

We pay the fee for sending the money, including the network fee for USDC and USDT. Fees your bank or wallet charges to receive or convert it are yours.

If a sale is refunded or disputed after it was paid, its commission is deducted from your next payout.

Invoices and taxes

You take part as an independent business or person, not as our employee. You pay your own taxes on what you earn, where you live.

For payouts in USDC or USDT, we need only your wallet address and its network. The rest of this section is about bank transfers.

Before your first bank transfer, send us:

• Your full legal name, or your company's name.
• Whether you take part as a business or as a private person.
• Your country and postal address.
• Your tax number in your country, and your VAT number if you have one.
• Your bank details and the currency you'd like.

Each bank transfer needs an invoice made out to the name, address and tax number we send you when you join. If you'd rather not make one, we make it for you from your dashboard figures: by joining, you agree that we may issue these invoices in your name. We email each one to you, and pay once you reply to accept it.

Commissions don't include VAT. Outside Spain, don't add VAT: we pay any Spanish VAT ourselves. If you're VAT-registered in the EU, write "Reverse charge" and both VAT numbers on your invoice. In Spain, add Spanish VAT if you charge it.

If you live outside Spain, Spanish law may tax part of a commission paid by bank transfer. A tax treaty between Spain and your country usually removes this. To use it, send us a certificate of tax residence from your tax office, issued for the tax treaty with Spain (in the US, Form 6166). A certificate is valid for one year from its date. Without one, we have to hold back 19% if you live in the EU or EEA, or 24% elsewhere. We tell you before the payout, pay it to the Spanish tax office for you, and send you a certificate of the amount.

If you're self-employed in Spain, we hold back Spanish income tax from each bank transfer: 15%, or 7% in your first years if you tell us. Nothing is held back for companies.

Not allowed

• Buying with your own code, or asking someone to buy with it so you earn the commission.
• Paid search ads on “Glance”, “Glance Pro” or similar terms.
• Posting your code on coupon or deal sites.

Sales that break these rules are not paid.

Ending

Either side can end the program at any time by email. Your code stops working that day. Sales made before it are still paid once approved, unless they broke the rules above.

Changes to these terms appear on this page with a new date at the top.
